  • Permanent staff solutions 

 

Permanent staff can be sourced on a retained fee basis (executive appointments) or contingency fee basis (% of salary). With the contingency basis the risk and time involved is with principle hr as no fee is charged until the employee commences.

 

  • Contract & Temporary Staff

principle hr provides a range of temporary staff solutions from short term assignment to a long term contractor to fulfill a specific project. Candidates can be either on principle hr’s books (payroll taken care of), as a contractor or on the books of the client.

 

The main advantage to using temporary staff is that it allows companies greater flexibility in hiring and reducing head count, to meet business needs.

 

For all assignments you will expect to receive 1-5 quality pre-screened CV’s with interview reports compiled using competency based interviews, skills tested (including psychometric if required), interviews are organised, references checked and all correspondence taken care of including contract negotiations.
