Data Quality Auditor EMEA


A new opportunity has arisen for a Data Quality Auditor to join the legal team of a global US tech and media based company in Dublin, working as part of a dynamic and focused team supporting the EMEA region.
Overview of responsibilities

  • Conduct weekly quality assessments across global organization encompassing complex workflow processes
  • Track/flag trends and patterns within the assessments
  • Report, calibrate and share results with stakeholders
  • Maintain, Edit and Update documentation of various methods and procedures
  • Stay connected with how support ecosystem is evolving and help head off quality issues before they begin
  • Prepare technical reports containing compliance status analysis, identifying non-compliance/non-conformance conditions and recommending actions to correct and prevent recurrence



Your Background & Experience

  • Ability to maintain and focus on attention to detail while completing repetious work is critical and required
  • Ability to iterate through large volumes of data and quickly determine decision making accuracy on a case-by-case basis given a set of defined processes
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple initiatives while working in an unstructured environment of fast growth, ambiguity and minimal guidance
  • Excellent and objective judgment, ethical standards and communication skills
  • Strong critical thinking and exceptional problem solving skills
  • Experience in quality measurement or quality improvement projects


Preferred:

  • A quality / audit background in industries (ex. medical, financial, legal, regulatory) involving large data sets and strict compliance controls preferred)
  • Familiarity with legal documents, structure and language
  • Strong practical and advanced experience with Excel (VBA, PivotTable, Charts, Statistical functions)
  • Oracle SQL, Tableau, Microstratiges query and report building experience
