Digital Advertising Account Manager - French Agency Market
Our client, a global social media powerhouse, is seeking a dedicated Digital Advertising Account Manager, to work in their Strategic Client Services team dealing with their French Market, specifically the Digital Agency team. This team focuses on working closely with Internal Sales and Account Management groups, as well as external clients and agencies.
The Digital Advertising Account Manager will lead the process of establishing and strengthening key client relationships, with a focus on driving revenue and increasing education and satisfaction of the advertiser. This Advertising Account Manager Position requires a diverse set of skills including: strong consultative sales, persuasion and analytical skills, a focus on client service, and not least the ability to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment delivering against tight deadlines.
Responsibilities of the Digital Advertising Account Manager
- General Account Management, including the overseeing of delivery and revenue recognition for the businesses/accounts you are assigned to and identify any up-sell opportunities across your accounts
- Customer and Industry Knowledge of the French Agency Landscape
- Have a deep understanding of how to develop digital marketing clients and how to offer consultative solutions to clients requirements
- Partner with Business Development Exec's to identify, create and implement marketing solutions in a strategic and scalable fashion
- Manage accounts to drive incremental revenue
- To build and manage relationships with key clients and agency partners (media, creative, PMD, etc.). Project manage complex work streams and cross-functional collaboration of all projects
- Management and consultation on complex media advertising solutions and integrations.
- Measurement of solutions based upon key KPI's.
- Manages revenue delivery and budget spend
- Platform & Product Expert - Articulate and update clients on product available and developments.
- Responsible for educating clients and agencies on best practices.
- Drives product innovation based upon identifying client needs
Role Requirements for a Digital Advertising Account Manager
- 4+ years' experience working directly with marketing, media and/or consulting companies and demonstrated leadership experience required
- Education - BA/BS degree preferred
- Fluency in French and English and demonstrable experience in the French Digital Advertising market
- Experience with social media platform advertising
- Strong Excel skills, Knowledge of SQL or relational databases preferred
- Experience with the industry or business trends in the industry (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships, CRM)
- Experience working effectively with cross functional teams and all levels of management (internally and externally)
- Advanced Excel skills, experience with analysing datasets and delivering actionable insights
- Proven track record of delivering on quota and obtaining positive reviews
- Avid knowledge of competitive set
- Extensive experience as a product user and familiarity with the brand's portfolio of media advertising products
Digital Advertising Account Manager Offer
This Digital Advertising A/M position comes with a generous remuneration including free onsite, catered food, training, extras and a base salary of circa €35-47K with a market leading commission structure available also.
