Head of Marketing E-commerce
Exciting opportunity for a commercially focused marketer to join a well-known blue chip global FMCG brand as Head of Marketing / E-commerce.
Reporting to the Marketing Director this pivotal role offers both autonomy and challenge to manage the roll out and development of a dynamic B2C sales and marketing channel which has a strong e-commerce focus.
Based in a leading Irish FMCG company - the position will also be responsible for a trade marketing agenda for B2B customers of the platform, along with a more traditional B2C service.
This sales and marketing channel plays a key role in the business's growth agenda in the years ahead.
Working with a team of four, the person will manage the day to day operations of the digital service, They will also oversee the brand and activation programme - including the management of a successful CRM programme to build customer satisfactions and retention.
The candidate will be a key leader and influencer in driving the e-commerce agenda across the business, and will be involved in setting future direction for the division.
- The successful candidate will be a strong consumer focused marketer - with brand management experience, and excellent digital marketing skills.
- Background experience (5yrs +) working within a digital or e-commerce role preferably within a large retail or FMCG environment
- Experience leading the development of or ongoing management of an e-commerce website
- Experience in managing brands
