Great opportunity for an experienced HR Professional who enjoys working in a fast paced, dynamic and hi-growth environment to join a rapidly expanding service provider in Dublin.
Working as part of a team the focus of this role will be to devise, implement and own HR policies and procedures that help the company reach their business goals. The company is in a rapid growth mode and will grow.
This is a hand's on, roll up your sleeves HR role where you will be working very closely with the leadership team advising them on best practice and most effective HR strategies around people development, performance management, learning & development, attraction & retention, engagement & communication.

- Solid background within a HR capacity
- Experience devising effective HR policies & procedures
- Advocate of best HR practice
- Experience of managing rapid growth would be highly advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage with all stakeholders
- 3rd level education within a HR or related discipline
This HR Manager role offers a salary in the region of €55 to €60K depending on experience plus plus
