Principle are working directly with a leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support service solutions to recruit for a Technical Support Analyst.
The Technical Support Agent will provide ticket logging, technical support and ticket resolution to a range of internal and external customers.
The role will involve ticket logging, processing, fault resolution, remote support and full responsibility for handling, escalations, follow up and customer service.
The Technical Support Agent will be responsible for insuring the SLA is adhered to as per the agreement with clients.
You will have experience in:
- Active directory
- Troubleshooting technical issues.
